Day to day Activities:


  • Choosing and managing service providers

  • Ensuring sufficient reporting to investors and other stakeholders

  • Coordination of projects over the funds’ life cycle with internal and external parties

  • Performing corporate secretary tasks (board meetings organization, logging and tracking documents, dealing with incoming emails and mails)



Profile requirements:

  •  A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the financial sector

  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills using Excel and Word

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with focus on economics, finance or accounting

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required
